AMARQUEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our proprietary materials.
